How it works

  • Submit a request – Send us a reference photo, your preferred colour and fabric, and your measurements.

  • We review the design – Our seamstress will assess whether the piece can be recreated to a high standard.

  • Receive a quote – If accepted, we’ll send a price estimate and production timeframe.

  • Pay the deposit – A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.

  • Made for you – Your piece is handmade and shipped once completed.

    Each custom piece is quoted individually based on the design complexity, fabric choice, and construction time.

    Once a quote is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before fabric is purchased and production begins.
    The remaining balance is due before shipping.

    Custom order deposit policy

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all accepted custom orders.

    The deposit covers:

    • Pattern preparation

    • Fabric sourcing and purchasing

    • Initial construction time

    • Administrative and consultation costs

    If you decide to cancel after production has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
    If MIANJU is unable to complete your order, any unused portion of your payment will be refunded.
