MIANJU is an Australian clothing label.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to update, amend or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this website.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we've received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
MIANJU reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or technical issues have occurred.
If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you'll receive a full refund using your original payment method.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping
Estimated processing and delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the selected shipping carrier.
MIANJU is not responsible for delays resulting from courier operations, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided processing has not commenced.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, sizing information, colours, images, and specifications are accurate.
Due to differences in device screens, lighting, and photography, colours may vary slightly from those shown online.
Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches.

All content displayed on the MIANJU website—including photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, website design, and other intellectual property—is owned by or licensed to MIANJU.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIANJU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products.
